A native of Winston-Salem, Richard is a respected bankruptcy attorney known for his creativity and litigation background. Richard represents debtors and creditors in both corporate and individual cases, court-appointed receivers in corporate disputes, and often serves as a receiver himself. Richard has significant trial experience, having represented clients in bench and jury trials in both state and federal courts throughout North Carolina.
